These are pictures of us using our phonics spelling mat. Our mat has lots of letters on it and we can spell out words by walking on the letters. One of us has a word card, then they walk on the letters. The other children blend the letters to spell out the word. If they say it correctly, it is their turn. We play this phonics game about twice a week. It is a fun game and we are getting REALLY good at it.

I love school.I really like the phonics mat because it is all about spelling and I love spelling.I love all the things that we do at school.Most of the people get all of them right. School is so so AWESOME. IY
